Forge works without an account, advertising, analytics, or a cloud service.

Data collection

Forge does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal data. It does not track you across apps or websites and does not contact tracking domains.

Camera and body-pose processing

During a challenge, Forge uses the camera and Apple’s Vision framework to detect body-joint positions and count repetitions. Camera frames and body-pose results are processed on-device and are never recorded, saved, uploaded, or transmitted.

Alarm settings

Alarm time, label, exercise, repetition goal, sound choice, and enabled state are stored only in the app’s private on-device preferences.

Permissions

Forge requests Camera permission to count repetitions and Alarm permission to schedule alerts through Apple’s AlarmKit framework. You can change either permission in iOS Settings.

Children

Forge does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.
